Community Center KANSTEP Project

Preliminary architectural renderings, Visionary Statement for the Community Center, and the KANSTEP Grant Application to the Kansas Department of Commerce. KANSTEP, or formerly known as the Kansas Small Towns Environment Program is a Kansas Department of Commerce Community Development Block Grant ("CDBG") funded program that provides the funding for architechtural, material and inspection of community projects where volunteers of the Community "match" the CDBG funding by volunteerism, or "sweat equity."

MISSION LAKE OPENS

Mission Lake will begin the new camping season on April 1, 2009. Camping, Shower Facilities, Picnic Grounds, Fishing, Boating, Skiing, Volleyball, Basketball, Horseshoe Pitching Courts, Frisbee Golf.

EASTER EGG HUNT

***April 4th, 2009*** EASTER Egg Hunt-Annual Easter Hunt held at Tri County Manor Living Center at 10:00 a.m. Age groups 0-3, 4-6, 7-9. Cub Scouts fill the eggs. Boy Scouts hide the eggs. Children with developmental disabilities will be with the 0-3 age group and there will be Boy Scouts to assist if necessary.
