- Come and enjoy the 17th Annual Luminaries on December 7, 2008 in Horton, Kansas. This beautiful depiction of the life of JESUS CHRIST is illuminated by over 1400 lit candles. Let the live scenes showing the life, death and resurrection of JESUS CHRIST, touch your heart. December 7, 2008 5:30-8:30 p.m.

- The Tri County Manor will hold its second annual "Octoberfest" on October 18, 2008. This fun and festive event will be held at the Horton High School. There will be a car and motorcycle show along with many craft vendors, great food, and entertainment. Festivities will begin at 10:00 a.m. and are scheduled to end at 4:00 p.m. ************************** THIS IS A CHANGE IN THE DATE.
