Proposed Ordinance No. 1079 amends the meeting time for the Horton City Commission from 6:15 a.m. on the first Monday each month and 7:15 p.m. on the third Monday of each month to 5:15 p.m. for both the first and third Mondays of each month. First reading on this legislation will be at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, and public comment is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2008. Public comment may be submitted in writing or in person at the March 4, 2008 City Commission meeting.
