Proposed Ordinance No. 1080 (2008)
Proposed Ordinance No. 1080 would repeal certain ordinances and sections of the current City Code, which provide for the use of two different municipal building codes, and would adopt the International Building Code of 2006, with certain amendments. First reading on this legislation will be at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2008, and public comment is scheduled for Monday, March 4, 2008. Public comment may be submitted in writing or in person at the March 4, 2008 City Commission meeting.
